1. Basic terms and definition

Site administration (administration)- the site administrator is Anton Denikin.

The user’s personal page - is a section of the site containing the user's information (including educational achievements, personal data, statuses, classes(groups), etc.).

The site user (user)- is a natural person who accesses the site via the Internet, who has agreed with this document in accordance with the established procedure.

Website csforschool.com (Automating testing service)- is a set of web pages hosted on the Internet, united by a single theme, design and single domain address space csforschool.com and/or other domains that can be used for this purpose by the Administration.

Service- is a project and/or application of the administration or other persons posted on the Website or the Website of other persons.

The content of the website - is educational materials, design elements, illustration, graphic images, scripts, computer programs(including games and applications), videos, music, sounds and other objects that are the result of intellectual activity or are not, that rights to which belong to Administration, Users or other persons.

User’s account- is a user’s personal data transmitted by the user at the time of registration on the Site, allowing the Administration to identify (authorize) each User by means of the unique login and password. The login and password for accessing the user’s personal data are determined to the user independently during registration and can be changed by him in the manner described in this document.

2. General provisions

2.1. The user agreement regulates the relations between the Administration and user (hereinafter referred to collectively as Parties, and separately as Party) arising in the process of using the services on the terms set forth in this document. The agreement comes into forth from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms in the manner provided for in clause 2.4 of the Agreement.

2.2. The relations of the Parties may be additionally regulated by separate documents and agreements regulating the use of the relevant Administration Service and/or the provision of services to the user. The application of such additional documents and agreements doesn’t cancel the validity of this Agreement.

2.3. Csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) offers users access to a wide spectrum of services. All currently existing services, as well as any development of them and/or the addition of new ones, are the subject of this Agreement.

2.4. The Agreement may be changed by the Administration without any special notice, the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Internet in the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version of Agreement is always on the page at https://csforschool.com/rules.aspx

2.5. Starting to use any service, or having passed the registration procedure, the user is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations and exceptions. In case of disagreement of the user with any of the provisions of the agreement, the user isn’t entitled to use the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system). If the Administration has made any changes to the Agreement in accordance with clause 2.4 of the Agreement, with which the user doesn’t agree, he is obliged to stop using the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system).

The Site Administration recommends users regularly check the terms of these rules for their changes and/or additions. Continued use of the site by the user after making changes and/or additions to these rules means acceptance and approval of the user with such changes and/or additions.

3.User Registration. User Account.

3.1. In order to use csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) or separate functions, the user have to complete the registration procedure, as a result of which an unique user account will be create for the user.

3.2. During registering, the user undertakes to provide reliable and complete information about himself on the issues proposed in the registration form, and to keep this information up to date. If the user provides incorrect information or the Administration has reason to believe that the information provided by the user is incomplete or unreliable, the Administration has the right, at its directions, tj block or delete the user’s account and refuse the user to use its services (or their separate functions).

3.3. The Administration reserves, at any time, to require the user to confirm the data specified during registration and to request, in this regard, supporting documents, the failure of which, as its direction csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), may be equated to providing false information and entail the consequences provided for in clause 3.2 of the Agreement.

3.4. The user’s personal information contained in the user account is stored and processed in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy.

3.5. During registration, the User independently chooses a login (unique symbolic name of the User account) and the password to access the account. Csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) has the right to forbid the use of certain logins, as well as to set requirements for login and password (length, valid characters, etc.).

3.6. The user is independently responsible for the security (resistance to guessing) of the password chosen by him, and also independently ensures the confidentiality of his password. The user is independently responsible for all actions (as well as their consequence) in the process of using the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), including cases of voluntary transfer data for access by the user to third parties for access to the user’s account on any terms (including contracts or agreements). At the same time, all actions within or using the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) under the User’s account are considered to be performed by the User himself, except in cases when the user, in accordance with the procedure provided for in clause 3.7., notified the Administration of unauthorized access to the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) using a User account and/or about any violation (suspicion of violation) of the confidentiality of his password.

3.7. The user is obliged to immediately notify the Administration of any case of unauthorized (unresolved by the User) access to the services csforschoo.com (Automatic testing system) using the User’s account and/or about any violation (suspicion of violation) of the confidentiality of his password. For security purposes, the User is obliged to independently perform a safe shutdown under his account (the “sign_our” service,) at the end of each session of working with the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system). The Administration is not responsible for the possible lost or damage of data, as well as other consequences of any nature that may occur because of User’s violation of the provisions of this part of the Agreement.

3.8. The User doesn’t have the right to reproduce, repeat and copy, sell and resell, as well as use for any commercial purposes any parts of the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) (including the content available to the User through the services), or access to them, except when the User has received such permission by the Administration, or when it is directly provided by the user agreement of any service.

3.9. The Administration has the right to block or delete the User’s account, as well as to prohibit access using any account to certain services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), and delete any content without explanations, including in case of violation by the User of the terms of the Agreement or the terms of other documents provided this Agreement, as well as in the case of non-use of the corresponding service.

3.10. The User has the right to delete his account at any time on all services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) or stop its effect on some of them by using the corresponding function on the personal page. The deletion of the User's account is final and cannot be restored.

4. General provisions on use and storage.

4.1. Csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) has the right to set limitations on the use of services for all Users, or for certain categories of Users.

4.2. Csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) has the right to sent informational messages to its Users.

5. User’s materials

5.1. The User is independently responsible for the accordance of the content of the materials posted by the User to the requirements of current legislation, including responsibility to third parties in cases when the User is posted this or that material or the content of the material violates the rights and legal interests of third parties, including the personal non-property rights of the authors, other intellectual rights of third parties, and/or encroaches on their intangible benefits.

5.2. The User admits and agrees that the Administration isn’t obliged to view the materials posted and/or distributed by the User through the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), also that the Administration has the right (but not the obligation) at its sole discretion, to refuse and/or distribute materials to the User or to remove any materials that is available through the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system). The User understands and agrees that he has to independently assess all risks connected with the use of the content, including assessment of the reliability, completeness of usefulness of this content.

6. Terms of use the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system)

6.1. The User is independently responsible to third parties for his actions related to the use of the service, including if such actions lead to violation of the rights and legal interests of third parties, as well as for compliance with the law when using the service.

6.2. When using the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) the User doesn’t have right to:

6.2.1. upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and/or distribute materials, which are illegal, malicious, defamatory, offend morality, demonstrate (or it is propaganda) abuse and cruelty, violate intellectual property rights, propagandize hatred and/or discrimination people by racial, ethnical, sexual, religious, social grounds, contain insults against any persons or organization, contain elements (or it is propaganda) of pornography, child erotism, represent advertising (or it is propaganda) of sexual services (including under the guise of other services), explain the procedure of the manufacture, application or other using narcotic substances or their analogues, explosives or other weapons;

6.2.2. violate the rights of third parties, including minors and/or harm them in any form;

6.2.3. impersonate another person or representative of an organization and/or community without sufficient rights, including the Administration, course authors, group inspectors, teachers, forum moderators, site owner, as well as use any other forms and methods of illegal representation of another person in the network, as well as introduce Users or Administration to misconception about the properties and characteristics any subject or object;

6.2.4. upload, send transmit or in any other way post and/or distribute materials, in the absence of rights to such actions under the law or any contractual relationships;

6.2.5. upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and/or distribute advertising information, spam, lists of other people emails, schemes of «pyramids», multi-level (network) marketing, earning system on the Internet, «letters of happiness», as well as using services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), exclusively for redirecting Users to pages of other domains;

6.2.6. upload, send, transmit or in any other way post and/or distribute any materials containing viruses or other computer codes, files or programs intended to disrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or programs for unauthorized access, as well as serial numbers to commercial software products and programs for their generation, logins, passwords and other means for receiving unauthorized access to paid resources on the Internet, as well as posting links to the above information;

6.2.7. unauthorized collect and store personal data of other persons;

6.2.8. disrupt the normal operation of services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system);

6.2.9. post links to network resources whose content contradicts the current legislation;

6.2.10. contribute actions aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by the Agreement;

6.2.11. otherwise violate norms of legislation, including the norms of international law.

7. Exclusive rights to the content of the services and materials

7.1. All objects available with the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), including educational materials, design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, videos, mainframe computer programs, databases, music, sounds and other objects (further referred to as the materials of the services), as well as any materials posted on the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), are objects of exclusive rights csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), Users and other copyright holders.

7.2. Using materials, as well as any other elements of the services, is possible only within the framework of the functionality offered by this or that services. No elements of the content of the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), as well as any materials posted on the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), may not be used in any other way without the prior permission of the copyright holder. Usage means, among other things: reproduction, coping, processing, distribution on any basis, display in a frame, etc. Exceptions are cases directly provided by the legislation or the terms of use of a particular service csforschool.com (Automatic testing system).

The User’s use of elements of the content of the services, as well as any material for personal non-commercial use, is allowed on condition that all copyright protection marks, related rights, trademarks, other notices of authorship are preserved, the name (or pseudonim) of author/ name of the copyright holder is preserved unchanged, and the corresponding object is preserved unchanged. Exceptions are cases directly provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation or User’s agreement of a particular service csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) or individual materials.

8. Sites and materials of third parties

8.1. Services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) may contain links to other sites on the Internet (sites of third parties). Indicated third parties and their content aren’t checked by the Administration for accordance with certain requirements (reliability, completeness, legality, etc.). The Administration isn’t responsible for any information, materials posted on sites of third parties that the User accesses using the services, including for any opinions or statements expressed on sites of third parties, advertising, etc., as well as for the availability of such sites or content and the consequences of their use by the User.

8.2. A link (in any form) to any website, product, service, or any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Site doesn’t constitute an approval or recommendation of these products (services, activities) from the csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), except in cases when it is directly indicated on the resources csforschool.com (Automatic testing system).

9. Advertising on services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system)

9.1. The Administration is responsible for advertising placed on the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), within the limits established by the legislation.

10. Lack of guarantees, limitation of liability

10.1. The User uses the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) on his own risks. The services are provided «as is». The Administration doesn’t assume any responsibility, including for the accordance of the services with the User’s purposes.

10.2. The Administration doesn’t guarantee that: the services match/ will match the User’s requirements; the services will be provided continuously, quickly, reliably and without errors; the results that can b received using the services will be accurate and reliable and can be used in any purpose and in any capacity (for example, for establish and/or confirm any facts); the quality of any material, product, service, information, etc., received using the services will match the User’s expectations.

10.3. Any materials and/or information (including downloadable software, emails, any instructions and guides to actions, etc), which the User gets access to using the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system), the User can use at his own risk and is independently responsible for the possible consequences for using the specified information and/or materials, including for the damage that it may cause to the User’s computer or to third parties, for data loss or any other harm.

10.4. The administration is not responsible for any kind of losses that occurred as a result of the User’s use of the services csforschool.com (Automatic testing system) or individual parts/ functions of the services.

10.5. Under any circumstances, the responsibility of the Administration is limited to 10$ (ten dollars) and is assigned to him when there is a fault in his actions.

11. Other provisions

11.1. This Agreement is a contract between the User and the Administration regarding the use of the services and replaces all previous agreements between the User and the Administration.

11.2. Issues not regulated by This Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the legislation. All possible disputes, resulting from the relations regulated by this Agreement are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation. Throughout the text of this Agreement, unless clearly stated otherwise, the term legislation means the legislation of the User’s place of residence.

11.3. In view of the gratuitousness of the services provided under this Agreement, the norms of consumer protection provided by the legislation, cannot be applicable to the relationships between the User and the Administration.

11.4. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations or any other relations between the User and the Administration that aren’t directly provided in the Agreement.

11.5. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of this Agreement will be declared invalid or unenforceable, this doesn’t affect the actuality or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

11.6. Inaction on the side of the Administration in case of violation by the User or other users of the provisions of the Agreement doesn’t deprive the Administration of the right to take appreciate actions to protect its interests later, and also doesn’t mean that the Administration renounced its rights in case of subsequent similar or analogous violations.

11.7. This Agreement is written in English and, in some cases, can be provided to the User for introduction in other languages. In the case of discrepancy between the English version of the Agreement and the version of Agreement in other languages, the provisions of the English version will apply.
